Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for purchasing our eSIM services. Please carefully read this policy before making a purchase. By completing your order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of Products
- Our products are digital eSIM services; no physical goods are shipped. Therefore, physical returns are not accepted.
- Due to their digital nature, refunds are generally not available once the eSIM profile is activated or downloaded, except as required by law.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.
- Refunds are not provided for products that have been activated or used.
- Exceptions apply for defective or incorrect products (see below).
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a defective or incorrect eSIM, please contact us immediately at cs@usasimcard.com.
- We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable laws.
4. European Union Consumers
- EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of delivery if the eSIM has not been activated.
- To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days at cs@usasimcard.com.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
