How to Activate/Receive your eSim and Q/A:

This is for an eSim; no physical SIM will be shipped. To activate/receive your eSim, you need to follow the instructions below.

1. Get your IMEI2 and 32 Digit EID: Dial *#06# on your phone or go to iPhone-setting - General - About - IMEI2 and EID

2. Place order

3: Request for Activation: (Provide: Order Number; IMEI2 and EID)

Option A: Contact https://aaasim.com/contact/ (Recommended)

Option B: Visit aaasim.com to submit for activation

Option C: Email usasimcard@hotmail.com to request activation.

4. Time: We will try to send it ASAP during USA business hours. It may take up to 1 business day to send you the eSim.

5. eSim Installation(After we send):

  A. Make sure you're on a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
  B. Watch for a notification on your device that your T-Mobile cellular plan is ready to be installed.
  C. Tap the notification to download your eSIM and connect to the T-Mobile network.


Setting > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan -> Install Cellular Plan
Setting > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan -> Scan QR code(if provided)

 6. Setup Wifi Calling:(Optional, but this will allow you to use without Cellular signal and to avoid possible international charges): 

iPhone – Settings – Cellular – Click eSim number – Wi-Fi Calling – Update E911 Address with any Valid USA address to Enable this feature.

7. Refill:

Visit my.t-mobile.com to sign up and log in after activation for future refills with Credit Card. The first month has already been paid. (Please do not change the plan, once you change it, you will not able to switch it back to Pay-As-You-Go)

You may also call T-Mobile to pay over the phone or visit any T-Mobile store. You may use a T-Mobile USA Prepaid Refill PIN Card to refill, too.

8. Security/Misplace/Transfer to another sim/Phone.

PIN/Email is the proof of ownership of this phone number; Please Change the PIN and Email on my.t-mobile.com after Activation for your security. Once you sign up for T-Mobile ID, we no longer have access to your account; you must call T-Mobile to transfer to another sim/Phone if needed. For iPhone, you may migrate to a nearby new iPhone. Please Call or Chat with t-mobile.com/contact-us for questions.

9. Fee.

The Monthly Fee is $3/month, includes 30 units of USA Domestic sms/min (in and out). Exceeding will be charged $0.1 per sms/min (USA Domestic)

If you use Wi-Fi Calling, you are "in the USA."

If you are not in the USA and don't use Wi-Fi Calling, international charges will apply for Outgoing SMS and outgoing/Incoming Calls.  Check the rate here:

For Incoming SMS, Use Wi-Fi Calling or Celluar at the same rate.

If you have a lot of calls, consider registering Google Voice/Skype or another app based on this phone number.

10. App Registration:

This is a regular USA Mobile Phone number. It should be good for any app or bank SMS code that requires a USA phone number. However, the App may flag or refuse an unsafe IP or Device, so register at your own risk. There is no support for the App Registration. 

11. Data:

There is NO data outside the USA. If you are PHYSICALLY IN THE USA, you may visit my.t-mobile.com to purchase an additional data pass.

12. Areacode Or Port-In:

You don't have to use the Florida area code for your Florida bank or address; it's very common to use a different area code.

Change area code: Initial activation will provide a random USA Areacode; After activation, you may call T-Mobile to change to any valid USA code. Changing to a new number will help if you receive a lot of SPAM sms/calls.

Port-in: You may port in your exiting USA phone number by visiting my.t-mobile.com and click port-in. you will need: Valid Non-T-Mobile phone number, Account Number, PIN

[How to activate your Esim]

1. Place Order.

2. Visit aaasim.com, input your: 

    [A] 32 Digits EID as SIM CARD NUMBER, 

    [B] 15 Digits IMEI

    [C] Your order ID number

    [D] Date of activation.

4. Activation takes 15 min - a few hours during business hours (8 AM - 8PM Los Angeles Time).

5. You need to install eSim after we send eSim your IMEI/EID:

iPhone: You will receive a notification to install your eSim profile; click it and install;

Android: Tap Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > Add Mobile Plan > Scan the QR code in the product picture

ready to use!

it doesn't matter where you are, but you will need to connect to Wi-Fi to install the eSim profile if you are not in the USA.

You will have access to official account after activation and can convert it to a physical sim or transfer it to another phone later.

How to Activate:

We will activate the sim card when we ship the sim card. The first month's service begins from the date we ship; dial #686# to check your phone number.

We will only activate Random area code. If you want to change the code or port in, please call 611 by yourself.
